A decluttered mind is a healthy mind. When in a rough patch, getting acquainted with our emotions allows us to clear our minds!

  • Start a journal.
  • Quality time in nature.
  • Meditate.
  • Label and embrace the feeling. [Ask yourself, “How do I feel? Why do I feel this?”]
  • Seek therapy.

Feed

The road to better mental health starts when you nourish your body and rid it of toxicity.

  • Go on social media detox.
  • Get rid of your vices.
  • Have a healthy diet.
  • Exercise more.
  • Stop consuming toxic media.
  • Follow positive content creators.
  • Learn a new hobby.
  • Volunteer your time.
  • Be part of advocacy.
